PHYSICAL EXAMINATION

 

If you need a physical examination for work, school, or just because it's been a while, we are more than happy to help.  You will be treated with the respect you deserve and we will take time to make sure everything is checked properly.  After all, prevention and early detection are both very important aspects of your health.  

 

Note:  If you are receiving a physical exam for work or school, please bring any paperwork that your school/ employer has provided for you to your visit.
