Deciding to quit smoking is one of the best decisions you will ever make. However, there is a good chance that this is a decision you have made before. Cold turkey...patch...gum...hypnosis...sound familiar?  The problem with most treatments is that they only address the nicotine addiction- they don't do anything to address the rest of the addiction.  People who smoke are addicted to the act of smoking!  They crave the quiet moment to themselves and the time spent focusing on their breathing.  

 

Our 6 week program focuses on making smoking into an uncomfortable act. By the end of this process it will no longer feel natural or comfortable.  The best thing is, you can keep smoking throughout the program. In fact, we insist!  This program has proven effective time and time again.
